The provider of this design tool disclaims (i) any and all representations, warranties, and conditions express or implied, related to such information, calculations, or data accessed or received through use of this design tool, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; and (ii) any and all liability whatsoever arising out of or related to this design tool, or its use, including, but not limited to, liability by reason of death, personal injury, or damage to property. All joist properties provided by this design tool are based on CISC design methodology and Vulcraft design data. They are only estimates, not exact values, and should only be used as such. For any applications where exact values are critical to the design application, the user should contact Vulcraft instead of utilizing this design tool. Vulcraft assumes no responsibility to provide the exact properties estimated by this design tool. Vulcraft also assumes no liability for any issues that may arise if properties estimated by this tool are assumed to be exact and are used as such in design applications.
